Cranes towering over the campus and the rumblings of cement trucks greeted MCA students as they attended their first day of class on August 13. Since students dismissed for the summer in May, much progress has been made on the construction of the new 28,000 square ft. Student Life Center. With record enrollment, current MCA students PreK4 through grade 12 returned to greet over one hundred new students to their expanding school.
The new school year started with a dedication ceremony, in which the new StudentLifeCenter was blessed. As MCA families, faculty and staff offered their prayers, an incased Bible was buried in the foundation of the foyer.
“With record enrollment, we could not be more excited to see the StudentLifeCenter taking shape so quickly.” said Kevin Fields, MCA headmaster. “The walls will be going up within the next couple of weeks, and our students are enjoying watching their campus expand before their eyes.”
