Last  Friday  4  men  were  honored  for  their  service  to  humanity  by  being  invested  with  the  Legion  of  Honor,  the  highest  award  given  by  the  Order  of  DeMolay,  a  90  year  old  youth  leadership  organization  for  young  men.  Three  of  the  men  were  active  in  DeMolay  as  teenagers.

Honorees  were  Dr.  Robert  Lennington,  former  Richardson  Chapter  DeMolay  and  Past  Texas    State  DeMolay  Officer;  Dallas  Mayor  Tom  Leppert,  former  DeMolay  and  Past  State  President  in  Arizona;  Rex  Lewis,  former  DeMolay;  and  Douglas  Adkins,  highest  ranking  Mason  in  Texas.  Over  100  Masons,  DeMolays,  and  their  families  attended  the  public  event  at  the  Richardson  Masonic  Lodge.  Richardson  resident,  past  President  of  Richardson  DeMolay  and  Texas  DeMolay,  Dallas  County  Judge  Boyd  Patterson  presided  over  the  ceremonies.
