North Trail District Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Venture and Varsity members will place yellow Scouting for Food plastic bags on door steps in Carrollton, Highland Park, University Park, Lake Highlands, North Dallas, Preston Hollow, and Richardson. 

Bags filled with donations should be placed on door steps by 10:00 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 21, when Scouts will return for pickup.  Needed are canned items, including vegetables, meats, chili, soups, juices, and baby formula, boxed or bagged meals, and pastas.  Please do not donate perishable or frozen items, food in glass containers, or money. 

Network Ministries, 741 South Sherman St., Richardson, will be among the agencies that will distribute donations to those in need.  For more information, call 972-238-8870.
