Starting today, you will see a daily Twitter feature at the top of our site - neighborsgo.com - that spotlights some of the friends we've made on this "free social networking and micro-blogging service that enables its users to send and read other users' updates known as Tweets."

Yes, it's all the rage right now.

Yes, some people Tweet about eating sushi or going to the dentist.

And yes, celebrities and mainstream media have adopted and co-opted it with surprising alacrity.

The way we see it, it's just another opportunity to connect with our audience, introduce others in the Dallas-Fort Worth area to the neighborsgo concept (post online, get in print) and get to know the communities we serve better.

We still want you to post your stories and photos on neighborsgo.com - because this remains the best way to share your community news with us and get into one of our 18 weekly print editions.
