Best Salon in Mesquite - Salon 2000

Like many salons, the staff at Salon 2000 in Mesquite enjoys making the customer feel special and taken care of.

But one matter of business that keeps clients coming back here is that despite today’s roller coaster economy, the prices have stayed the same for the past several years.

Owner Kirk Hanes says the prices at Salon 2000 compare to a little above those at haircut chains. For women, cuts start at $30 with style included, and men’s haircuts start at $25.

Salon 2000 prides itself in being well rounded; it offers a wide range of services, including color, perm, ethnic hair service, nails, waxing, extensions, make-up application, updos and chair massages. Permanent make-up application is coming soon as well.

Salon 2000 has more than 30 stylists; some with artistic flair for customers with eclectic style, and some who simply like to help a customer take an old cut and make it new again.

“We have built our reputation off of the stylists, and how they greet and treat our customers,” Hanes said. “That’s what makes the salon.”
