The May Firm Expands to Become O'Neil Anderson
Dallas family law practice, The May Firm, founded by Michelle May O’Neil, has expanded and become O’Neil Anderson with the addition of Nathan T. Anderson, partner. The firm has also relocated its offices to Two Lincoln Center on LBJ Freeway. Formed for the purpose of providing relentless, yet compassionate advocacy, O’Neil Anderson serves clients in all aspects of complex family law litigation and appeals.
New partner, Nathan Anderson has received recognition for his advocacy and briefing skills, as well as his professionalism. Anderson was honored as the recipient of the State Bar of Texas Law Student Division Legal Professionalism Award for the Southern Methodist University (SMU) campus. Anderson obtained his Juris Doctor from SMU cum laude in 2007. During law school, he was president of the Phi Delta Phi legal honors fraternity and president of the SMU Family Law Association. Prior to joining O’Neil Anderson, he worked in the litigation department for a national firm in Houston.
Michelle May O’Neil originally founded The May Firm, now known as O’Neil Anderson, in 2003. Her 18+ years experience as a trial court litigator and appellate advocate has earned her the reputation of a “big firm” attorney providing the personal attention of a small firm. O’Neil is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has been nationally recognized for her family law litigation, both at the trial court and appellate court level. She is also co-author of the book “All about Texas Law and Kids” scheduled for publication by Texas Lawyer Press in September of this year.
