COUNSELOR TO SPEAK AT VNA BEREAVEMENT LUNCHEON IN GARLAND

Larry Barber, a licensed professional counselor and director of CounselingWorks, GriefWorks, and KidWorks, will speak on "Getting Through Special Days" at the December 3 bereavement luncheon hosted by the Visiting Nurse Association. The luncheon is from noon to 1 p.m. at the Saturn Road Church of Christ on 3030 Saturn Road in Garland. There is no cost to attend the luncheon, but reservations are requested and can be made throughDecember 1 by calling Sue Rafferty at (214) 689-2922. VNA's bereavement luncheons offer supportive company from friendly and understanding people to individuals who have suffered the loss of a loved one.
