Dallas Welcomes the Goodbye Girl

0 Ratings / 0 Comments

Four-time Oscar nominee Marsha Mason recently visited Dallas, scoping our city for the next steward of Rio Abajo Rio, her 247-acre New Mexico estate. Briggs Freeman’s CEO Robbie Briggs, President Charles Freeman, and Associates Anne Goyer and LeeLee Gioia recently honored her at a reception. There, she talked about her first encounter with the property – a needed change from movie-making and Los Angeles – and explained how she nurtured the idle land into a biodynamic farm, developing a natural product line, and built a classic Argentinean estancia.

Located minutes from Georgia O’Keefe’s studio, the breathtaking Abiquiu property lines two miles of the River Chama. Marsha has chosen Briggs Freeman’s Anne Goyer and LeeLee Gioia to market the estate.

The reception took place at Denny Alber’s Tuscan estate at 5030 Park Lane, listed by Briggs Freeman’s Joan Eleazer.  The star of the ever-popular movie “The Goodbye Girl” captured the crowd’s attention and brilliantly blurred the lines between the informative and entertaining.
