ROCKWALL YMCA JOINS STERLING ONE PROPERTIES TO OFFER THE KINGSBRIDGE HOME TOUR
McLendon-Chisholm, TX----Sterling One Properties joins Rockwall YMCA in presenting the Kingsbridge Home Tour. The public is invited to tour five fully furnished, million dollar homes in the English-style gated community of Kingsbridge in McLendon-Chisholm, Texas. Five Old World-inspired homes showcase the latest trends in architectural and interior design The Kingsbridge community was designed and developed by Sterling One Properties.
Visitors may tour the Kingsbridge Showcase Homes for 10 days between October 18th and October 28th! The homes will be open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. In addition to design and decorating ideas available at each Showcase Home, local Rockwall area restaurants, spa, and florists will be showcasing their talents in each home. Check the Kingsbridge website at www.claimyourlegacy.com for an event schedule. Then, visit Kingsbridge to tour the homes and participate in different local events each day. A donation of $10 to tour the Showcase Homes will benefit the Rockwall YMCA.
All five custom builders in the Kingsbridge Home Tour are local to the Rockwall area and have a solid reputation in the building industry. Tim Seymore of Tim Seymore Custom Homes will showcase The Blenheim. Paul and Mike Regan of Paul Regan Custom Homes have built Chateau de Chaleur.
Matt Everett of Everett Custom Homes will present Palazzo della Fiamma. La Belle Maison was built by Lance Simpson of Simpson Signature Homes with antique bricks recovered from an SMU building. Jack Cecil of Westchester Homes will display his Chateau en Espagna.
Kingsbridge is conveniently located near shopping, dining and Lake Ray Hubbard. Ninety homes ranging in size from 5,800 to 6,313 square feet are planned for Phase I of the three-phase community. Visitors to the Tour site will want to visit the Commons House with a fully equipped fitness facility and relax on its broad porch overlooking an adjacent treed playground.
Because Sterling One Properties’ mission is to help build strong communities, they chose to partner with the Rockwall YMCA in supporting community efforts. Each donation to tour the five homes will allow the Rockwall YMCA to continue supporting youth and families in the Rockwall area by creating an environment to play, learn and grow.
Rockwall YMCA enlists the help of volunteers and staff to continue their focus on the strategies and tactics necessary to make the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas the premier human development agency in North Texas. The YMCA teaches values to kids to strengthen and support families, to help teenagers make the transition into adulthood and to create safe environments that allow all individuals to develop healthy lifestyles. The organization, recognizing the importance of financial accessibility, has determined to make fees affordable and offer financial assistance to those in need. The Partners Campaign generates funds to subsidize costs for people who otherwise could not afford to pay full price for YMCA programs and services. Kingsbridge Lane to the roundabout to the start of the tour. The Kingsbridge Home Tour starts at 1221 Manchester Drive.Visitors will know they have arrived at Kingsbridge when they see 22-foot-wide wrought iron gates opening behind the stone Gate House. Beyond the scrolled iron fence lie fountained lakes and the manicured landscaping of the five Showcase Homes.
