Good evening, All,
Tomorrow morning we will all wake up to soo much...Family, friends, cars, tv's, parades, smiles, smells, happiness, fireplaces, pies, and turkey... That is, of course, unless you are one of the "FORGOTTEN PEOPLE"!!!
But, you are not because you are able to read this story. If you were a homeless man or woman you would wake-up: cold, alone, starving, hurting, hopeless, and helpless. There would be no family, no decent smells, and hunger pains would replace the filled feeling we will all experience.
The ministries of Reformers Unanimous and Temple Baptist Church are doing our best to change all of that for as many people as we can get onto our property this Friday.
We are trying to let these beautiful people know that they are not forgotten, they are not hopeless, and they are loved...BY GOD and by us. God's love of course, is far more important than our love and that is what we hope they will see....What do I hope they feel??? FULL, loved, warm, joy, and for a short time...happiness...
As a result of one night I truly believe their lives can FOREVER be changed. And that is what we will teach and express...God's love changes things!
See you ALL Friday at 6:15 p.m.,
