Innocent Victims

When you think of the word "Victim"...

You do not ALWAYS think of someone who is necessarily "Innocent" sometimes victims of crimes and things are not always completely innocent.

However, this Christmas Reformers Unanimous Chapter #520 in Flower Mound is trying to do our best to bring some joy, and happiness into the lives of some truly "Innocent Victims".

These "Innocent Victims" are children whose lives and homes have been ravaged by all forms of addictions. You see, some of the parents of these children would rather drink or snort or inject away these kids Christmas present money. Unfortunately, many of these kids will have no opportunity to experience smiles, happiness, or joy this Christmas.

That is of course, unless you and I do something about it. And I, for one, intend to. That is why I - The Director of Reformers Unanimous- have decided to start our First Annual Joys For Toys toy drive. We have teamed up with C.A.S.A, RUI, and other programs to get toys into the hands of needy children ravaged by addiction. To truly help these "Innocent Victims".

I personally spent six and a half years helping in the "Toys For Tots" toy drive while I was in the Marine Corps. Reserve and now I am totally addicted to seeing needy kids smile on Christmas day.

If you would like to donate new, unwrapped toys or monetary gifts to the "Joys For Toys" toy drive or would like more information please call the facilities of Reformers Unanimous at (972) 874-8700 and ask for Richard or Michelle Wallace.

Thank you and Merry Christmas!
