That's almost beyond comprehension, about that .09 arc second image description...and leaving the shutter open for 11 days...I have to wrap my brain around that for a while. Can't even imagine the awesomeness of it all.
What's really amazing is the TINY area of the sky --- the Hubble took a .09 arc second image-- which is about the size of a tennis ball viewed from 100 meters away!! A VERY tiny piece of the sky--- all those galaxies were containing INSIDE the .09 arc second field of view!!
Nothing is actually visible in that part of the sky. They left the camera shutter OPEN for 11 DAYS!! to get the Ultra Deep Field picture.
